As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and handmade.
HOW TO SHOP
- Use the JEWELRY, BAGS, and ACCESSORIES links to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by browsing alphabetically by designer, OR by our curated fashion edit.
- Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your quantity and click on the ADD TO CART button underneath each item.
- Review the items in your cart by clicking the CART link at the top of the page. You can use the UPDATE CART link to delete items from your cart.
- Click on CHECK OUT to complete your order.
We offer a number of options to suit your needs:
We care about the environment, for that reason we offer eco-friendly FSC certified and recyclable packaging. Your handmade purchase will arrive wrapped in luscious tissue and placed in an exquisitely branded brown, cardboard box.
Looking for the perfect gift? We can provide you with tailored gift suggestions. Simply send an email to email@example.com. We offer complimentary gift-wrapping; your gift is delivered in our eco-friendly signature boxes, with a message. Include a note on the checkout page to notify us that your order is a gift.
ANSHA offers seasonal sales twice a year. To be notified as soon as our sale starts and of further reductions, sign up for our newsletter. At this time we are not able to offer price adjustments for prior purchases.
*Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final- no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
All sale items will be delivered in basic packaging only, which does not include our signature branded boxes.

If you have forgotten your password, follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.
From time to time we run offers using promotional codes. When placing your order, simply follow these two steps to redeem your discount:
- Type in the code in the promotional code box on the payment page and click 'SUBMIT'.
- Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary on the payment page and then click 'PURCHASE NOW'.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments made through PayPal.
When selecting the PayPal option during checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log in’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our website.
Please note, payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
All transactions on this website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

Exchanges & Returns
Hey! We understand if things didn’t work out with what you ordered and we are happy to accept your return within 28 days of receiving your order. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all Ansha and designer tags still attached and the original designer packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Due to hygiene and your safety we cannot accept returns for the following items: earrings.
To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email notification from us.
All of our merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
All returns are processed through our Returns Department at email@example.com. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). A RMA must be requested within 28 days of your order delivery. Any RMA requested after the 28-day period will be evaluated based on the discretion of the Returns Department and may be declined. A RMA is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note that a RMA does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing original tags, or otherwise not in its original condition. RMA’s will expire 14 days after issuance and this is your time window to send us your return. However, if you are returning an item due to damage or a defect, please include this information upon requesting your RMA.

- Customer Name
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Return
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
Due do the select nature of our merchandise, we regret that we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchanges. For questions or assistance with an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

IF YOU PURCHASED AS A GUEST:
If you purchased as a guest and wish to return an item, please send us an email at email@example.com with the title RMA REQUEST and include the following information: Name, email, order #, condition of the item, and reason for the return. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of the request along with a copy of the shipping label. Please allow our Returns Department up to 24-48 business hours to process your request.
